Shipping

Once you have placed your order we will send a confirmation email, when your order is ready to ship we will send you an email confirming dispatch and the method of delivery.

Your gift will arrive as illustrated, all our gifts are securely packed and should reach you in perfect condition, in the unlikely event your gift arrives damaged please contact us immediately.

Wherever possible we recycle boxes and packaging.

Unless otherwise stated most of our gifts are usually dispatched within 24 hours when your order is placed Monday to Friday. Please note in our busy periods it may take up to 5 days for your gift to be dispatched but we will make you aware of this when placing your order.

Our shipping methods for the UK mainland is Standard Delivery by Royal Mail Parcel Services at £4.41 maximum 2kg. Shipping methods for Wedding Dress Storage Boxes order value under £60 is charged at £9.95 and is shipped via Courier.

We can provide Next Day Delivery on most gifts or if you would prefer your gifts to be delivered by Courier, please email margaret@hitchandhatch.co.uk and we will arrange these services for you at the providers rates.

Funky Plates are shipped First Class via Royal Mail at £3.95 and are dispatched with in 7-10 days.

Please allow yourself time when ordering just in case of any delivery complications beyond our control. We cannot offer refunds for late delivery.

All shipping methods will be identified in our dispatch email and all items shipped will require a signature on receipt.

In the unlikely event that items are out of stock we will contact you with a revised delivery date or the option of a full refund.

UK Orders over £60 and any Bespoke Gifts will be dispatched free of charge by Royal Mail Second Class post for you to receive within five working days, a signature will be required on delivery. Wedding Dress Storage Boxes over £60 will be shipped by Courier free of charge and again a signature will be required.

BFPO Addresses will be dispatched by Royal Mail Forces Airmail £4.95 maximum 2kg

Jersey and Guernsey First Class only £6.60 maximum 2kg
Republic of Ireland £11.70 maximum 2kg
Europe Royal Mail International £11.70 maximum 2kg
