Purchasing our gifts could not be easier, we accept internet payments via PayPal.
Payment must be made in pounds sterling.
Should you wish to cancel your order we ask that you email us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we will refund you in full. If your order has been despatched you may still cancel your order but unfortunately you will be liable for the delivery charge and any other charges that the postal service / courier may impose or incurred by Hitch and Hatch.
We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Please return items unused and in the same condition as delivery within 14 days. Please be aware that the delivery charge is not refundable, however, you will not be asked to pay additional postage if you request an exchange. Return postal charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser, and you should obtain a proof of postage.
Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange bespoke and personalised gifts.
